A cyclist, a mother, a woman - and a coach! I am a Lithuanian born and raised, now living in the USA with my wonderful family. I was a young athlete and enjoyed movement from the day I started training. My very first coach, in race walking of all things, showed me the true essence of coaching. When I became a certified trainer, I incorporated what I had learned from her and many other fantastic female coaches I had encountered along the way. Cycling became my escape from a challenging life situation. Once I realized my potential, I started searching for a trainer to help me improve and compete more. However, there were no trainers specializing in amateur cycling performance in the area, so I took it upon myself to become one.
